    又來個超鳥政策!

    想到就火大!十兵衛的公司自下個月起,要實行一個嚴重侵犯員工權利的鳥政策!

    就是請事假必須依照每個月的分配比例請,另外加上每年有兩個月不准請年假!不知道是哪個豬頭算出來的,新政策規定每個員工每個月可請的事假天數為1.16天,如果請事假的天數超過比例,來得及遞假單就拿無薪年假去抵,沒有年假的就當作曠職處理!意思就是說你不能有太多事情,不然你被砍頭是你活該!雖然這個天數可以隨著月份累積下去,也就是說你今年如果一直都沒請事假,到最後的十二月,你就有14天的事假可以請。可是...誰會整年都沒事啊?意思就是說臨時有事情必須請超過一天之事假以上時,你就必須作好被扣年假或以曠職論的覺悟!等於就是控制員工不准請長假出去玩了!

    請年假的規定更是可笑到的極點。新規定指出二月與六月不得請年假,為什麼呢?因為二月工作天數本來就少,六月則是為了因應七、八月的暑假檔期增產...哈哈哈!真是可笑的理由!今天只要個人業績達到,這些根本就不是問題了吧?而且六月不能請的理由根本不能完全套在每個人的身上。今天如果是另一個部門的人,自己來不及處理而害到公司來不及增產,憑什麼要早已經完成工作的部門陪葬?

    請假本來就是員工該有的權益,今天只要把該做的工作做完,請假休息一下也是應該的,人不是機器啊!結果現在卻用這種方式來箝制員工的休假,真是可笑到了極點,老闆啊,你們這麼怕員工請假嗎?你等著吧!全公司上下除了你跟老闆娘沒意見之外,大家都反對這個意見,到時候就看大家跟你鬧吧!

    而且這樣的行為是否觸犯勞基法,我也還在詳查當中。
    但是從不貼公佈欄、發下來的公告上沒有老闆娘簽章這點看來,
    她們正以一種「捉不到把柄」的心態在處理這件事。
    反正,真有問題就請教勞委會吧。
    他們等著抓這種「大公司」等很久啦!
